RULES OF STAY AT VILLA GARDEN
CHECK-IN
- Check-in at 2 p.m on the day of arrival.
- You must inform the Property management in advance when you will arrive.
- Check-out until 10 a.m. on the day of departure.
- Credit/debit cards are not accepted at the Property.
BOOKING CANCELLATION/ADVANCE PAYMENT
– Advance payment/deposit is non-refundable.
– Advance payment/deposit is agreed by phone when booking or is equal to the rate for one-night stay in the Property.
In the title of the transfer, please provide the details of the booking person, booking date, APARTMENT NAME/ROOM NUMBER/HOUSE, e-mail address and phone number.
– In the event of resignation from the stay for reasons beyond the Property management control, the advance payment/deposit is not refundable in full.
– Changing the date of stay without losing the deposit is possible on agreement with the Property management, taking into account the vacancies.
– The Guest pays the remaining amount for the stay in cash at the Property on the day of arrival.
– The Guest is obliged to pay the entire amount due for the stay on the day of arrival, even if, for reasons beyond the Property management control, the arrival or stay is delayed or shortened. (personal reasons, communication difficulties, strikes, etc…)
– If the trip is shortened, it is not possible to refund the difference resulting from shortening the stay.
– A tourist tax of PLN 2,50 per person per day will be added to the rental amount.
– In case of losing the keys to the apartment, the Guest is obliged to pay a fee of PLN 100.
– The Guest may not lend or sublease the apartment/room/house to other people.
– Only the number of people accepted on the day of arrival may reside in the rented apartment/room/house during the stay.
LEAVING THE APARTMENT/ROOM/HOUSE
The Guest is obliged to maintain order within the rented apartment/room, as well as to return the apartment/room/house in the condition as at the check-in, which includes in particular: leaving the kitchen utensils washed, cleaning the occupied apartment/room/house, including taking out the rubbish.
Failure to comply with the above results in the payment of compensation in the form of a deposit for the final cleaning of the apartment/room/house.
FAULTS, DAMAGES
– Any faults of equipment and damage to equipment or property should be immediately reported to the Property Manager.
– The Guests are financially responsible for any damage caused to the apartment/room through their fault during the stay and agree that all repairs of damage, supplementation of deficiencies in the equipment or removal of defects shall be made at their expense or that they shall pay compensation in cash to the Property Manager fully covering the value of the losses incurred, at the latest on the day of departure.
The Guests are responsible for any damage caused by the persons accompanying them.
– The owner of the damaged property decides on the method of compensation.
QUIET HOURS
Quiet hours are between 10 p.m.and 7 a.m.
If, as a result of an offense against the quiet hours between 10 p.m. and 7 a.m., the Property Manager is forced to call the police for a justified intervention, the Manager has the right to immediately terminate the rental agreement and is then not obliged to refund the unused period of stay.
PARKING
Parking of passenger cars is possible only in designated places as indicated by the Property Manager.
One parking space is available per apartment/room, and up to three parking spaces per house. Parking is paid.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
- Pets are not allowed.
- Smoking is prohibited throughout the Property.
- It is forbidden to fry fish in the apartments/rooms.
